Do we have after-hour fees?
No. We provide 24-hour plumbing services with no afterhours fees.
Do we provide service plans?
Yes. There are many perks of the service plans including different types of maintenances and promotions but the primary perk is our priority booking (guaranteed same day scheduling).
Do we provide tankless water heaters?
More than that we can install, service, and repair any type of tankless. Our experienced plumbers have the skill, knowledge and support to help any tankless questions or issues. We also have service plans to schedule and service units for you. one less thing for you to worry about.
Are we licensed and insured?
Yes. Joiner plumbing is insured and bonded. Every technician is state licensed. And all employees have background checks and are drug tested.
How often should I have my plumbing inspected?
Once a year tends to be the best.
Are we able to install water softeners and RO systems?
Yes. We specialize in all types of water quality systems whether its hardness, scale or drinking quality. We can provide a solution to any issues your home or business may be facing.
What are your hours?
Our office hours are from 8-5, Monday – Friday. We provide an in-house 24 hour answering service to get you connected with or licensed professionals for any and all emergencies call.
